In this stage of my career and Real Estate life I see a market that needs detailed attention when it comes to finding real home values for my clients.  I just got a new client I met with last week and they had concerns about buying the type of real estate they wanted in their portfolio.  After meeting with them and showing them the way I personally do business they decided to use my services. They know that I will give them the detailed attention they deserve.

On Tuesday I am meeting with a company that buys real estate everywhere and they have decided to look at what I can do for them.  They have already given me two problem properties that they purchased from another Realtor.  I helped get them remodeled and Sold! It was a lot of hard work and marketing, but the problem real estate has vanished through my system. Know they want to talk business.
